These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("T&C") govern the access to and use of the services offered by GLOBAL VIP EXCLUSIVE SERVICES, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €10,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Pontoise under number 937 758 704, with its registered office at 9 Allée du Verger, 95700 Roissy-en-France.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These T&C apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by GLOBAL VIP EXCLUSIVE SERVICES, whether made online, by phone, or by email. By accessing our platforms or booking a service, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these T&C without reservation.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

​

Our company provides, among other services:

     • Airport Meet & Greet VIP and premium services;

     • Access to and assistance at the VIP Exclusive Terminal Paris;

     • High-end limousine services (Mercedes Class V and Class S);

     • Personal concierge services, baggage assistance, travel and seminar organization;

     • Tailor-made solutions for businesses, travel agencies, or private international clients.

3. BOOKING PROCEDURE

​

    • Bookings can be made via our forms, email, or telephone.

    • All requests are subject to a written quote to be signed for confirmation.

    • Any booking made less than 24 hours in advance is subject to an additional €50 excl. VAT surcharge.

4. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

​

     • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the amount will be charged.

     • Cancellation between 24h and 48h: 50% of the amount will be charged.

     • Meet & Greet modification: €50 excl. VAT fee.

     • VIP Terminal modification: €300 excl. VAT fee.

     • Meet & Greet confirmed cancellation: €50 excl. VAT fee.

     • VIP Terminal confirmed cancellation: €500 excl. VAT fee.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

​

    • All prices are listed in euros excluding VAT; a 20% VAT applies to all services.

    • Accepted payment methods:

        o Bank transfer (daily, weekly, or monthly payments possible by prior written agreement);

        o Credit card (a 4.5% banking fee applies and is payable by the client).

6. LIABILITY

​

GLOBAL VIP EXCLUSIVE SERVICES will use its best efforts to properly execute the reserved services. However, the company cannot be held liable in the event of:

• Force majeure or events beyond its control (strikes, weather, etc.);

• Delays caused by third parties (airlines, customs, external providers);

• Errors or omissions in the information provided by the client.

7. WEBSITE USAGE

​

Users agree not to:

• Disrupt or compromise the security of our websites;

• Attempt to access restricted data or areas without authorization;

• Provide inaccurate or false information when submitting reservation requests.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

All content on GLOBAL VIP EXCLUSIVE SERVICES websites (texts, images, logos, videos,brands, design, etc.) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. PERSONAL DATA

​

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the use of their data.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

​

These T&C are governed by French law. In case of a dispute and if no amicable resolution is found, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of GLOBAL VIP EXCLUSIVE SERVICES, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
